چکیده
A concern in Mathematics Education is the professional development of teacher and to promote effective training programs. The literature provides principles guiding design such programs, which were considered for an instruction intended strengthen teacher’s practice relation mathematical skills. objective this work was study if designed program effective, impact on teaching. case a group in-service teachers focused ability modeling (MM) their perspectives skill carried out. This divided into three moments: before, during, after program. findings show that, before program, conceived from epistemological, pragmatic conceptual perspectives; during they educational at end stripped pragmatic, epistemological move towards socio-critical. They also able justify choice or disassociation one more them. advances concretion specific robust programs mathematics teachers.
